Weight loss tips for beginners
Every one desires to look well-groomed and chic; a fat figured body not only makes you feel bad but also becomes a hindrance in building your self-confidence. Here are few tips for the beginners that how could they loss weight by applying few small simple things and making them their routine.
If you want to loss weight:
· Drink two glasses of warm water before taking your breakfast and drink two glasses of water before taking any meal.
· Stop eating when you feel like you can have some more.
· Take a bowl of fresh salad before each meal.
· Many at times you feel that you are hungry, be sure that your mind is getting the correct signal, because sometimes our body receive falls alarms of hunger ,instead, the body wants water. So when feel very hungry, drink a glass of water and you will feel better.
· One of the major reasons of weight gain is “having no routine or bad routine “of the concerned person. Please check it out if you have some proper routine or not. If not, then make one.
· Include some healthy activities in your routine like jogging, exercise or playing some out door games like Badminton, football, Tennis, Skating or any other game which involves your physical movement.
· Of course in the beginning, one can not start with crash diet and it is not good for your body make up as well. So, start slowly by reducing your quantity of food. Also, replace fried dishes from fresh ones.
· I know it is not an easy job to leave a bucket full of fruity, crunchy and nutty ice cream but then tell your self that this will only give you pleasure for a very short span of time only till it remains in your mouth and just think that how long it is going to stay in your stomach and what fats it is gong to add to your body. This single thought would help you in leaving that fascinating item of food.
· Try to replace your carbohydrate addiction from fresh vegetables and fruit.
· Very important tip which you could follow effortlessly, take green tea with honey at least four times a day and specially after each meal. It would help you in weight loss as well as in keeping your digestion system smooth and healthy. It will also help in keeping your skin look fresh and glowing.
